"We stayed at the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel is very nice, with a large lobby, an indoor fireplace, and lots of great baseball photos from long-ago players that give it a really cool historic feel. We did valet parking, which made everything easy, and the location is hard to beat — right near Busch Stadium, Ballpark Village, and Kiener Plaza. What I found especially interesting is that this spot is..."

"We recently held our annual IPHCA leadership conference at this hotel. I truly can’t say enough about the staff and their professionalism. They were also so very friendly and made us feel at home. It was great to see the same faces over and over again. There’s no question that they didn’t flinch when it came to customer service and consistency. So very impressive. We definitely would like a shout out of the staff That worked the exhibitor area. There..."

"this hotel has just about everything you could want for a good stay.... the rooftop bar was excellent, though i do reckon it could use a bit more standin room indoors. i did have to wait a while for service and was treated a touch rudely before i got a table.... but aside from that, it was a very nice stay overall"

"I want to take a moment to recognize Kimberly for her kindness and incredible service during a moment when I truly needed it. I had a very rough travel day. My flight was delayed, and when I finally arrived, the first hotel I booked had no rooms available because it was a holiday and Mardi Gras weekend. By the time it was around 11:30 p.m., I was cold, exhausted, and overwhelmed. I decided to walk to the closest hotel near..."

"Beautiful hotel proximate to many of the areas that are near the ballpark. It's a good launch point for anything in the downtown area and a good conference space. Sitting next to the St. Louis arch and Dred Scott hotel, you understand you are sitting with history. This visit was part of a large conference, so the 4 star rating to small things that could have been improved. First of all, the facility felt like it was ice freezer cold...."

"Jason Winkelmann provided consistently excellent customer service. During the several months I stayed there, he was always attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. He regularly checked in and showed genuine care, not just professionalism. What stood out most was that even after more than two months, he remembered me during a phone call. That level of attention and follow-through is rare and speaks strongly to his commitment to guest service."

"The hotel is a couple of blocks away from the Arch and the Ballpark entertainment area/ball field. The location is wonderful. The morning breakfast buffet on a Saturday was outstanding. The hotel is very nice, but the room bathrooms (at least on our floor) need some refurbishment -- a tad shabby for what otherwise was a great hotel and experience."
